Information we do not process
The platform never receives, stores, or processes customer CUI, system information, completed assessment data, or the buyer's completed compliance documentation.
How we use information
We use this information to operate accounts and purchases, deliver files, respond to support requests, maintain subscription access, prevent misuse, and record requested newsletter or resource signups.
Sharing and retention
We use service providers needed to process payments, host the storefront, deliver downloads, and send platform notifications. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement.
Your choices
You may request account, billing, subscription, or download assistance through Support. You may cancel a subscription without a retention process once subscription functionality is released.
